Google Phone Caller ID App Launches Feature: Google Phone has a feature that lets you know the caller details. With this, users can know the name and number of the new caller in advance.

Despite being a basic feature, the feature of notifying the caller details of the headset wearer has been very well received among the users.

The ‘Caller Details’ feature is very helpful in avoiding unwanted calls and disconnecting incoming calls while listening to songs and important audio tapes.

To get this feature you can go to Settings > Caller ID Announcement section on Google Phone.

It always has three subsections: ‘Report Caller ID‘ or ‘Report only when using headset‘ or ‘Do not report Caller ID‘. We can choose whomever we want.

This feature is provided by Google processors not only on Google phones but also on other Android mobile phones. They are also the default dialer on Android cell phones.

Google says that this feature will be very helpful for the visually impaired.
