Appoints Aurelio Orellana as executive president of EsSalud: The State appointed Aurelio Orellana Vicuña as its representative before the Board of Directors of the Social Security of Health (It’s Health), who will hold the position of executive president.

This was determined through Supreme Resolution No. 022-2022-TR, published today in the extraordinary edition of the official newspaper El Peruano.

The rule states that through the provision, as of November 5, 2022, the resignation formulated by Gino José Carlos Dávila Herrera as representative of the State before the Board of Directors of the Social Security of Health (EsSalud), as well as the position of CEO.

On that occasion, Mario Carhuapoma Yance, vice president of the EsSalud Board of Directors, was entrusted with the functions of executive president and president of the Board of Directors of the Social Health Insurance (EsSalud), while its head is appointed.

In this sense, Aurelio Arturo Orellana Vicuña was appointed as representative of the State before the Board of Directors of the Social Security of Health (EsSalud), who will hold the position of executive president.

The rule bears the signature of the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo; and the Minister of Labor and Employment Promotion, Alejandro Salas Zegarra.
