Supporting Draupadi Murmur

Mumbai: MPs Sanjat Rawat said that supporting presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu does not mean supporting BJP.

Sources said that Shiv Senate will support NDA candidate who led BJP Draupadi Murmu in the July 18 polls. The decision to support Draupathi Murmu came a day after 16 of the party’s 22 MPs attended a meeting with Uddhav Thackeray.

Most people at the meeting said they should vote for Murmu as she is a tribal woman. So we are supporting Draupathi Murmur. Sanjat Rawat said that does not mean that BJP has our support.
